Getting out of bed at 4 a.m., solitude, the sky begins to lighten imperceptibly. The Barn Owl tiredly makes
it's way home after a long night.
Stride along the deserted Highland road and come face to face with a magnificent Stag.
He's only ten feet away and for a moment he's too surprised to move, and then in an instant he's gone.
Magical moments which make Landscape Photography worthwhile.
The best countryside pictures,I believe, are taken around or just after dawn. You need to be quite
disciplined to get up at such an ungodly time but you'll be rewarded many times over.
The combination of early morning light and shadows are unique and often create unforgettable pictures.
